The printed Booklet includes a Preface, an Introduction, and the step-by-step Instructions on how to customize the RFP to represent your facility(ies) and your requirements.
A series of Tutorials on major components of PACS and major issues related to the technology appear within the Instructional section to make it easier for the reader to find this information as they work their way through the RFP document, customizing it with facility information and rating the questions. There are a good number of questions that address fairly advanced concepts. The Tutorials will help the reader understand these key questions as well as help the reader properly rate them to reflect their own opinions and those of the organization.
The package includes one hour of telephone consultation time with Michael Gray. This time can be used to clarify any instructions, discuss questions, draft custom questions, or assist with the interpretation of vendor responses.
